The Event

Everyone has had an opportunity to attend camps and combines in the offseason – and while some experiences were positive – athletes are just tired of the same old and want more of a challenge.

Instead of combine/camp events that come to town full of promises and never live up to them, THE EVENT is certainly a wave of the future – bringing together football testing and skill during a combine – with an innovative 7-on-7 tournament which will include girls for the first time.

“What we are doing – and have already done is to give each athlete who attends our combine and 7-on-7 a total football experience,” said Eddie Crespo, one of the event organizers. “What we have done is bring the best together to give this football weekend a big league feel.”

In addition to Crespo, THE EVENT – Cocoa Beach, which is being held April 21-23 – the roster of personnel headed to the Cocoa area is simply as impressive as you get.

After a solid Miami combine/7-on-7, the scene shifts north – to the Cocoa Beach area – for a three-day event that will bring positive attention to the Space Coast.

“This is not your ordinary combine that rolls into town and cashes your check before you leave,” said Blustein. “I have been promoting athletes for a long time, and know exactly how to target the athletes of today and send their information to the colleges that will fit their skill level. You invest in people who have a positive reputation and can help in the recruiting process.”

The Tournament will be held at: Mitchell Ellington Park – 575 Hall Road – Merritt Island, Fl. 32953.
